SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mitel, a global leader in business communications, announced it has entered exclusive negotiations with Atos to acquire Unify, the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) and Communication and Collaboration Services businesses (CCS) of the Atos group. The proposed transaction is subject to the consultation of the relevant employee representative bodies and other customary regulatory approvals, with closing expected in H2 2023
